Question: I'm confused- what's the difference between a Lever on a Back Plate and a Lever on a Rose? What is a Euro Profile handle?

Answer: Don't panic!! See our section "Technical Information", this will tell you all you need to know about the different types of handles, locks and latches available.

Question: Will my door handle come ready to fix on the door?

Answer: Yes, your handle will come complete as a pair with a spindle and screws, BUT, you will need to buy a suitable lock or latch to make the fitting complete.

Question: How do I know what type of lock or latch to buy?

Answer: See our "Technical Information" section! This should tell you all that you need to know about what to buy, but if in doubt, please ask us!

Question: How do I know what the finish looks like?

Answer: See our "Technical Information" section for full description, and to see a photograph of the finishes we provide.

Question: I'm nervous about buying online, is it safe to enter my personal details?

Answer: Absolutely! We use the most up-to-date technology to ensure that all transactions are safe and secure! We use a secure server, which means that your details are
protected: you will see a small padlock on the bottom right-hand side of your computer screen, which means that this data cannot be accessed by anyone else. We use your
information to process your order and payment, and then delete your credit card details from our computers. If you are still concerned about the security of your details,
we can process your order by post or over the telephone.

Question: What happens if I'm not happy with my goods?

Answer: Not a problem! See our Returns Policy for full details, but we are happy to provide you with a full refund within 14 days, providing the item returned is unused
and in its original packaging.

Question: How do your prices compare with other retailers?

Answer: We offer you the promise that our prices are, and always will be, highly competitive! We will never compromise on the quality of our goods, and that we will always strive
to offer you, our valued customer, the best possible service and prices possible.

Question: How quickly will my order arrive?

Answer: We will send you an e-mail immediately to confirm your order, and again to inform you that your delivery has been dispatched- you can trace your order at any time by clicking
on the TRACK MY ORDER button, and logging on. Goods will normally be dispatched within 1-5 days, subject to stock availability. A delivery charge will be calculated on your order and
added to your shopping basket.
